Returns

Rubbermaid Wholesale accepts returns of stocked merchandise only. There are no returns or cancellations for special order items.

Return of stocked items received within:

30 days of invoice / order date………................0% Restock

31 days or more of invoice / order date………….No Returns Allowed
Discontinued, Damaged, Special order, Non-Stock or Close-Out Merchandise, merchandise that has been taken out of the box and put together and items without their original packaging/box……….No Returns Allowed

Any damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your product. After 10 days we ar eun able to send replacement parts or product.

For returns on all Consumables/Replacement Parts there will be a  $25.00 or a 25% restock fee, which ever is greater.

All WILL CALL orders not picked up within 5 business days will we charged a 15% restock fee and the product will be placed back into inventory.

If an order placed cannot be delivered to the address supplied and the product needs to be returned to the warehouse then shipping fees will be applied.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes between the parties shall be heard by the Federal and/or state courts located within Colorado.

Rubbermaid Wholesale reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms and conditions.

The foregoing terms and conditions form the entire Agreement between Rubbermaid Wholesale and the Customer and shall not be modified by the terms and conditions of any other submitted by the Customer.

Shipping charges on all returns and refused deliveries are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees will apply to cover the shipping back to the warehouse for returned or refused product.
