Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER:
Rubbermaid Wholesale and rubbermaidwholesale.com requires a minimum order of $50. All orders with a product cost under $50 will be charged a minimum order charge of $5 per order.
HOURS OF SERVICE:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays.
DAMAGE / SHORTAGES:
The carrier who delivers merchandise is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed. Rubbermaid Wholesale's responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Notify the carrier of any possible damages at the time of delivery so that they may process the claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs receiving documents as free and clear. Notify Rubbermaid Wholesale to arrange for reshipment of lost and damaged products. You must notify Rubbermaid Wholesale within 10 days of shortages or damaged product. After that time period we are unable to send replacement parts or product.
PAYMENT:
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We only accept credit cards with a US billing address. CREDIT CARD ORDERS via online or telephone are subject to authorization from card issuer. We accept purchase orders upon approved credit. (Purchase orders from public schools and government agencies do not require credit applications). Please attach credit reference sheet or contact us for a credit application. Some of our special order items may not be able to be purchased with a purchase order. If you are paying by purchase order, check or money order simply add items to shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail it to 3980 Broadway, Suite 103-118, Boulder, CO 80304 with your check or money order. Make payable to Rubbermaid Wholesale. There will be a 7 to 10 day waiting period on checks only, money orders will be processed in 2 –3 days. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL PAYMENTS TO OUR WAREHOUSES LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, PAYMENTS MUST GO TO THE BOULDER, COLORADO ADDRESS. We are not responsible for lost checks sent to any of our 31 warehouses.
TAX:
As of 10/01/2012 Sales tax will be applied to all CA orders. Sales tax applied will be 7.5% of the total product cost of the order.
DISCREPANCIES:
Notify Rubbermaid Wholesale of any invoice, credit card or shipping discrepancies within five days of receipt.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Rubbermaid Wholesale warrants that all products will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The manufacturer, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, warranty is as follows;
For a period of one year from the date of purchase, if a Rubbermaid Commercial product proves defective in materials and workmanship during normal use by the purchaser of this product, Rubbermaid Commercial Products will arrange for replacement or repair.
This warranty does not cover product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation or misuse and excludes shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to nondurable components. RUBBERMAID COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SHALL APPLY.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE
Non-stock items may be subject to limited availability or available only on a special order basis and not subject to standard lead times. Special order and non-stock order quantities must meet the minimum order requirements of the manufacturer or potentially be subject to excessive factory lead times. Non-stock and special order items will be shipped pre-paid and add (to invoice) or added to the order prior to shipping from the nearest facility.
